“High Chief Emenike is a foremost Ohuhu elite in the race for Abia gubernatorial seat. He is not only qualified but he remains a man of proven capacity, a trustworthy leader and has consistent integrity to deliver Abia. He has also proven his love for Ohuhu and Abia at large”, he said.

While welcoming the new members into the party, they called for more support for High Chief Emenike, commending Chibuike Emmanuel for sinking his ambition to support the Ikechi Emenike’s movement.
The South East Zonal Youth Leader, Ikenna Emmanuel (Choppy), charged the members to be consistent in their support as that is the only way to realize their agenda, warning them against playing anti party politics.
He also urged the members to get their PVCs ready because without it, their campaigns and meetings would be meaningless.
In an interview, a retired Assistant Inspector General of Police and a chieftain of APC in Ohuhu, Chief Sunday Ogbonna, commended Emmanuel for his philanthropic gestures that cut across Abia and for collapsing his structure to join High Chief Emenike, describing Emenike as the only one that can liberate Abia, going by his antecedents and achievements in politics.
He stated that for the Federal Government to appoint him as the Pro Chancellor of University of Nigeria Nsukka and the wife, an Ambassador to the USA, shows that he is a man of impeccable character.
On his part, the aspirant for Umuahia Central State Constituency under the APC, Chief Maduakolam Adighije (Ijere), said all hands should be on deck to enthrone a progressive government in Abia, expressing satisfaction over the rate the Abia APC record new members on daily basis, which further shows that the people are fed up with the current PDP government in the state.
