Arguably one of the continents leading digital TV operator, StarTimes have gone into an agreement with Manchester United to enable Millions of the club’s fan base in Africa gain access to MUTV.
Star Times will air MUTV to its subscribers that are in over 30 countries across sub-Saharan Africa, representing the biggest deal of its kind by Manchester United in the region.
Countries including Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, and Ghana will have its viewers receive exclusive Manchester United content 24 hours-a-day via StarTimes platforms.
MUTV is actually the world’s leading football club TV channel, which features first team and Academy games, live manager’s press conferences, player interviews, award-winning documentaries, and news.
There are over 13 million subscribers on StarTimes through its DVB digital TV service and 20 million users of its OTT streaming service, helping them have access to spread to top-quality digital entertainment throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
