The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, says the party is prepared to go to court to prove its victory at the just-concluded Anambra State governorship election, adding that it is optimistic that the party’s victory would be upheld by the court.
According to Anatune, the Anambra November 16, 2021 governorship election was peaceful, free and fair and the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, would be waiting for the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in court with evidence to defend Soludo’s victory.

He alleged that the APC candidate’s hope is solely hinged on the belief that the judges can be compromised, noting that he has seen the petition and as far as he is concerned, Senator Uba has no case.
Mr Anatune further claimed that what is happening in Anambra is that people are excited to work with the governor-elect, Chief Soludo, because of the vision he has for them. If there is anybody who can rig that election, it was Senator Uba and we are surprised that he is saying the election was rigged in favour of somebody.
He remarked that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has done a good job and everybody has been praising them.
