There was pandemonium in Gbainware quarter of Isampou town in Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsa State after a young man left his step-brother with machete cuts.
Trouble started on Easter Monday when Godknows, who is reportedly the eldest son of their late dad, threatened to take over the control of the church from his half-brother Ebikadowei.
It was gathered that the Spiritual Manner Church of God was being managed by the younger Ebikadowei since the passage of their late father.

In his bid to take control of the church premises, Godknows was said to have threatened his step-brother, claiming he is the eldest son and thereby it is his inheritance.
Drama ensued when both brothers disagreed over the situation which eventually escalated into a brawl as they inflicted serious injuries on each other with machetes.
No life was however lost in the process as all injured persons have been taken to the hospital for treatment.
