Uwujaren said, “We call on anyone with useful information as to the whereabouts of the Account-General to contact any of the Agency’s offices or the nearest police station or other security agencies.”

Recall that the Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State had sacked the entire State Executive Council.

A statement by the Special Assistant to the Rivers State governor, kelvin Ebiri said the dissolution takes effect from Tuesday, May 24, 2022.

The statement said, the Chief of Staff to the Governor and Senior Special Assistants have also been relieved of their offices.

Governor Wike commended the members of Rivers State Executive Council for their service and contribution to the development of the State and wished them the best in all their future endeavours.

Wike also directed the former cabinet members to hand over to the most senior officers in their respective offices.

“His Excellency, Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, commends the members the Rivers State Executive Council for their service and contribution to the development of the State. He has also wished them the best in all their future endeavours.”
