The case of PDP Governorship aspirant, Farah Dagogo has again stalled at the high court in Port Harcourt following his absence in court today.
Correspondent reports that Farah Dagogo is expected to take his plea at the high court, but was absent.
When the case was mentioned, Femi Adegbiti, counsel to Farah Dagogo informed the court that his client could not make it to court on ill health.
The presiding Judge, Justice Chiwendu Nwogu after listening to counsel, adjourned the case to the 16th of May 2022 for proper plea to be taken.
Speaking to journalists outside the courtroom, Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Rivers State, Professor Zacchaeus Adango, said on the next adjourned date, Farah is expected to be in court and take his plea.
Recall that the case of Farah Dagogo at the magistrate court in Port Harcourt had been stalled following his absence in court.

Our correspondent reports that hearing expected Dagogo to be in court for bail application, boarding on conspiracy and instigating cult activities, filed against him by the Commissioner of Police Rivers states
While informing the court, the prosecuting counsel, Chidi Ekeh told the court that he had no information as why the suspect was not produce in court, noting that they are ready to go on with the case.
He also informed the court that a fresh information have been filed at the High court on the same case.
Femi Adegbiti, counsel to Farah Dagogo applied for motion for bail but was not opposed.
