Nigerian Singer and songwriter, Iyanya, has declared that he is seeking a life partner and not a temporary fling.
During an interview with HipTV, the singer, who refuted claims that he was married, stressed that he has left the girlfriend sector and is earnestly searching for a wife.
However, he did not disclose if he is currently in any form of relationship or entanglement.
He said, “I am not married. I’m searching for a wife, not a girlfriend. That’s where we at”.
Recall that the Governor of Cross River State, Prof. Ben Ayade appointed the musician and entertainer as Senior Special Assistant on Tourism and Entertainment.
The ex-reality star was appointed alongside 25 others in a statement made available to the press by the governor’s Special Adviser, Media, and Publicity, Christian Ita. The statement said the appointment would take immediate effect.
Iyanya Mbuk is a popular musician who hails from Cross River State. Governor of Cross River State. This appointment is expected to pedal the tourism and entertainment industry in Cross River.
Iyanya rose to fame after winning the first season of Project Fame West Africa and is best known for his hit single “Kukere”. He also co-founded the record label Made Men Music Group with Ubi Franklin in 2011.
