The award has drawn scathing criticism from the leading opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP which queried the parameters deployed by the newspaper company to arrive at according the governor such recognition.
The Director General of the Imo PDP New Media, Collins Opurozor faulted the award, insisting that the governor was yet to reverse the rising unemployment rate of the state.
