The 43 year old is considered a moderate risk to society as there are chances of being a repeated offender.
There is a chance Minaj’s husband is sentenced to 10 years in prison plus supervised release afterwards once the sentencing hearing slated for the 24th of January next year is held.
The husband of the famous rapper was pulled over in Beverly Hills in 2019 and cops were able to realize that he was registered as a sex offender in New York and not in California, and he is mandated by the law to register as a sex offender in each state he moves to.
