Faith discovered her love for welding when she got attached to a welding company during her National Youth Service Corps, NYSC. In a bid to stand out and make a difference, she dared to venture into the profession commonly seen to be that of men.
She took the bold step of taking professional training in a welding institute, a decision that has yielded results and turned her life around.
Today, she is the CEO of Family Global Concept, a company that fabricates, sells and install quality, durable and affordable stainless customized Italian wrought iron, handrails and gates. She also owns a boutique where she sells both male and female wears.
Due to her compassionate nature and zeal to impact lives, she decided to establish the Faith Lesley Foundation, an NGO which reaches out to children at the orphanage, schools and widows.
Faith has been able to touch and change the lives of young persons by giving welding training to those who are willing to learn but not financially buoyant.
