Decrying the recent challenges and set back of Nigeria as country, the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Bomadi chapter of Delta State, Prince Opuofoni has attributed some of the major woes of the country to the negligence and laxity of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC led administration.
The chairman said this while speaking on Monday, during the inauguration of the party’s Campaign Committee in the local government, ahead of the local government elections slated for March 6, 2021.
Kpooka media reports that Opuofini urged Nigerians to endeavour to vote out the APC, hinging on the fact that the party and it’s chosen government has brought hardship upon Nigerians.
According to him:
Nigeria is suffering because APC is at the centre; the leadership of APC are causing hunger and starvation in the country. “Don’t give them even one vote both at the local government election and during the 2023 general elections
Recall that there might be an alleged rift between some leaders of the opposition, the APC in Delta State, this has reportedly led to the indefinite postponement of the revalidation and registration exercise in the state.
