Nigerian, Gift Odoh, who studies in the UK at the University of Nottingham discloses how he made his non-Nigerian friends put on Nigerian native attires.
Odoh has explained on his LinkedIn page how hard it is to relate issues about being Nigerian or living in Nigeria is; to those abroad, he said the story been told about Nigerians does not say who they really are.
He shared a picture of himself and others in native attire, worn by the Idoma tribe and the yoruba Babariga.
Odoh revealed that he had initiated the idea, but had to be reminded by his friends who were very much interested in the Nigerian culture.
He admitted that his friends frequently asked about the culture of his country which prodded him into initiating the idea of them wearing the outfits. Odoh also revealed exposing them to Nigerian delicacies like Jollof rice, semo, eba, ogbono, beans mixed with garri, and groundnut soup which they liked a lot.
Odoh a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the Modibbo Adama University of Technology had obtained a First Class honours; and is currently undergoing his Masters studies in artificial intelligence and automatons.
