5. Find support from others
Find someone who has gone through similar experience. Never isolate yourself, seek support from others. Reach out to family, friends, co-workers or even online forums to find someone that you can talk to and rid yourself of what is dragging you down and causing you to want to quit.
6. Be grateful for the good things while struggling.
Be grateful for the present things you have and have a positive mindset for more. Rather than giving up, make a list of the things you have including life and be grateful.
7. Celebrate your victories, no matter how small they may seem
Celebrating your victories, helps your energy to be renewed.
8. Have motivational reminders everywhere
You need to keep being motivated daily. Surround yourself with motivational messages, which can be in form of quotes, logos, wallpapers etc. Never give up on something you really want.” It may be difficult to wait but more difficult to regret”.
9. Keep your hope alive
Never lose hope because that is the only thing that will keep you going, when things become so bad. Build the needed faith to fight and win every battle. Giving up is not an option.
