Veteran Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh reportedly died on July 17, 2022, around 11 p.m. on Sunday.
According to reports, the renowned actress collapsed and was rushed to a hospital run by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in Warri, Delta state, where she was pronounced dead.
Following the death of her only child, Aladi God gift, on October 20, 2020, the popular ‘The Johnsons’ lead actress suffered a massive mental breakdown. She recently posted on social media about her battle with a mental illness that was slowly killing her.
Ada struggled with her emotions in the video she shared online, but put up a brave front as she explained how a lawsuit was filed against her by people who offered her a job she couldn’t do.

She claimed she couldn’t do the job because of mental health issues. Ada added that dealing with the challenges was slowly killing her, but she believed she would get over it.
At 12:53 p.m., Ada posted a video of herself eating with family members on Instagram.
She captioned the video saying: “Happy new week fams . This trip for my friends elder sister is just an enjoyment gallow!!! Thanks my darling sister phil I enjoyed myself!! God bless my love
May dreams come true in Jesus Christ’s name”.
