The singer was impressed by the young fan’s talent while performing at a concert, so he gave him his ₦2.4 million wristwatch. A video of the ecstatic fan expressing his delight while flaunting his timepiece has gone viral.
However, Olamide’s act may prompt many people to recall other occasions when he made the same gesture.

Olamide, one of Africa’s richest and most influential artists stunned a crowd on Tuesday with his infamous gesture after a fan sang his song ‘word for word.’ Olamide also hinted at signing the young man to YBNL.
