Governor of Ondo State, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has sacked some political appointees in his Cabinet.
The sacked appointees comprised of personal assistants, special assistants and senior special assistants.
In a statement by the newly appointed Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Richard Olabode Olatinde, the governor also announced the appointment of 40 aides including SAs and SSAs.
Also, the statement contained approval for appointment of Bola Alabi as the new Chief of Protocol while Mrs. Olufunke Bisi Aruna was appointed as the Deputy Chief of Protocol.
Governor Akeredolu retained the appointment of Mr. Kunle Adebayo as chairman of the media committee and two other people as members
He had earlier announced the appointment of his Chief of Staff and Chief Press Secretary.
