Russian bombing of a maternity hospital in Ukraine has reportedly killed a pregnant woman along with her baby.
The woman was meant to give birth at the place but the place was attacked and she incurred injuries before she was rushed to another hospital.
The baby was born through the process of Caesarean section but was dead.

According to BBC News, the surgeon, Timur Marin, relayed to the news agency, the woman’s pelvis was crushed and her hip was detached.
In the process of trying to save her life, she knew she would lose her baby and called for the medic to kill her instead.
After 30 minutes of making to revive the mother – after the birth of the baby – they realised they could not wake her.
Doctors claimed they were not afforded the chance to take down her name because her husband and father had retrieved her body by then.
This meant she was not buried in the mass graves dug for victims of the Russian strikes at Mariupol.
Following the bombing of the hospital in Mariupol, Twitter took down 2 posts by the Russian embassy in London which had claimed that the attack was faked.
The reason for Twitter pulling down these tweets was because they were deemed unfounded as the Russian embassy explained that this hospital was not working due to situations and that the injured woman at the scene was an actor.
There had been another pregnant woman, who was pictured fleeing the wreckage of the hospital, and who was reported to have given birth the day after the strike.
The Russian embassy claimed this was also faked.
However, BBC news agency disinformation team went to check into these claims and the news of the pregnant women came out to be true.
