1. Am I and have I been the kind of person I want to be?
We define ourselves based on characters and values which are not built in a day but gradual. They are developed as one gathers experiences and knowledge, failures and wins. Are you the kind of person you should be? Can you befriend or marry you?
2. What am I grateful for today?

Everything surely has it’s time, good days, fairly good days, bad days. Favourable and favourable days. In all of these, gratitude remains among the most useful tools you can have. Ask yourself what you are grateful for. Are you grateful in good and bad times? Asking questions keeps you level-headed and focused on what is important.
3. Did I work in the direction of my goals today?
Goal setting is important for everyone who clamours for success. Successful leaders understand the importance of goal-setting in everything from long-term vision to short-term motivation. Focusing on goals help one to achieve more. Set a daily goal at work, home , business area or even at school. At the end of the day, tick what you were able to achieve and those you couldn’t. Find out the things you did to achieve those task and keep up with them and also those you couldn’t achieve and then improve on them. Recognize failure as an incredible learning experience

When you experience failures, respond positively to them.
5. Who and what motivated me today?
Motivation is your internal drive that keeps you motivated. Appreciate who or what gets you motivated. Motivation helps you to achieve great results. Always ask yourself what gets you motivated and pay attention to it.
6. What bad habits do I need to stop?
Bad habits could damage your reputation. You should ask yourself the habits you need to stop and work towards stopping it.
