Suspected leader of a notorious killer herdsmen group, Isikilu Wakili has been ordered to be remanded in a correctional facility in Ibadan.
The police charged the warlord, Wakili alongside his sons, Abu, 45 and Samaila, 27, as well as Aliyu Manu, 20 with six counts bordering on conspiracy, murder, kidnapping and armed robbery.
Nigerdeltaconnect has earlier reported that the suspect was arrested by members of OPC last week.
Wakili is allegedly the brain behind major killings and abductions in the region.
According to the police, the suspected killer herdsman was sent to a health facility due to his poor state of health.
During the sitting, the Chief Magistrate, Emmanuel Idowu, declined plea of the suspects for want in jurisdiction but remanded them at the Abolongo Correctional facility in Oyo State.
Idowu ordered the police to return the case file to the Oyo State Directorate of Public Prosecution.
However the case was adjourned to May 17, for mention.
