According to reports, the prince is meeting with his family and professional advisers concerning the case Virginia Giuffre has brought against him.
Insiders are stating that there was a disconnection and had been awful communication between the attorneys appointed in the US and those that are his legal team in the UK.
It also has been troubling for the family to realise that the lawyer appointed by the prince’s accuser has outdone the prince’s legal team who he pays handsomely.
Recently, a US judge has made sure the prince is unable to evade being officially served the court papers because the prince had done his most to avoid Giuffre’s legal team, and know that this one part is obvious to people in public, the court sail might not be entirely smooth for the Duke.
The judge who was set to preside over Giuffre’s case claimed they would have to put aside all the technicalities in serving someone and move on to the next line of action so the case would move forward.
The accuser Virginia Giuffre was a victim of sex trafficking Jeffrey Epstein who was a cordial friend to the prince and had allegedly linked the woman to the prince when she was underage.
Information reaching news agency is the prince might be deliberating on using his UK legal team to tackle the court issues now since they have been the one who has worked on his defence in the last 18 months.
Sources from the inside are stating it may not be entirely thoughtful to switch legal representation at this time while they also speculated on the prince’s evasion of putting out an official statement regarding the allegations and how this can be detrimental to his image.
A court hearing will be due on the 13th of October.
