The National Industrial Court sitting in Port Harcourt and presided over by Justice Nelson Ogbuanya has adjourned to June 16 2022 the matter between Tambari Michael and the Nigeria Liquidfied National Gas, NLNG for cross examination.
Justice Ogbuanya who adjourned the matter on the ground that the claimant counsel was unable to attend the court sitting following the breakdown of his car on his way to the court.
It would be recalled that Tambari Michael has approach the court to challenge the termination of his appointment by one Abimbola Ibukunle, the company’s logistics supervisor when the services of the claimant was terminated
Our Correspondent reports the claimant also prayed for Court to declare his termination illegal.

Recall that a High Court sitting in Port Harcourt had reserved judgement on the murder case of late Esther Edomobi, who was allegedly murdered at her residence in Cocaine Village, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, by her security guard in collaboration with three others.
The Late Esther Edomobi was said to have been murdered by the 1st Defendant Zakariah Dauda employed as a guard in her home, who conspired with Inah-Inah Edet, Sunday Pius and Isaac Marcus, 2nd to 4th Defendants to kill the deceased on 24 May, 2008.
The 1st Defendant Zakariah Dauda who was intercepted by police officers at Oyigbo checkpoint, why fleeing to his home town with the deceased Toyota Avanzer car and lots of properties, is charged alongside his accomplice for conspiracy and murder.
Our correspondent reports that the Presiding Judge, Justice Weli Chechey, asked Counsel’s in the matter to address the court before judgement date, on issue whether the confessional statement of the Defendants admitted in trial within trial is binding on the court to use in the judgement.
Our correspondent report that Justice Chechey however adjourned the case to 28 March, 2022 for Judgement.
