West Ham Manager, David Moyes, is set to agree on a fresh three-year-contract with the club which ends in June 2024.
The Scottish who resigned as manager of Sunderland at the end of 2016-2017 season after the club were relegated to the EFL Championship was appointed as West Ham manager in November 2017.
David Moyes contract was not renewed despite taking over as West Ham manager when the club was at the relegation spot in 2017 and ended the season with 13th position of the Premier League table which led to his resignation.
Manuel Pellegrini who took over from were David Moyes stopped was shortly sacked due to his poor performances in 2018 with West Ham ending the season in the 17th position a narrow escape of just one point from relegation on the premier league table which necessitated David Moyes reappointment in December 2019.
David Moyes speaking after his reappointment said:
“I think there’s only two or three managers with a better Premier League win record. That’s what I do, I win. I’m here to get West Ham wins and get them away from the bottom three.”
