It was reported that singer Adele mentioned during one of her shows that she will be taking a very long break right after the shows.

The singer's residency began in back in November 2022 and by the time it ending, she would have performed over a 100 shows in total. She insisted that she wants productive in other creative things, just for a little while and that she doesn't have any plans for new music at all.

Despite the hiccups and cancellation of shows, The Grammy award winner wrapped up her Munich residency, which began Aug 2.

Note that this isn't the first time it's been said or seen that fans have heard of Adele saying she was stepping away from performing and recording new music. for a while.

She at some point also mentioned her exciting plans of putting her focus more, on other creative ventures and ideas that she has nurtured over the years for her person growth.

The "Easy on Me" singer just concluded her Munich residency. On Saturday during the end of her 10th show in German city, she told her fans that they will not be hearing from her after her 'Weekends With Adele' show is concluded in Las Vegas this fall.

she said "I've really enjoyed performing. It's been three years now, which is the longest I've done and probably the longest I'll ever do. But I have 10 shows left after this, back in my Las Vegas residency, which after that, I will not be seeing you for an incredibly long time and I will hold you dear in my heart for that whole length of my break".

The 36-year-old whilst divulging her plans, became very emotional on stage, and she mentioned "I have spent the last seven years building a new life for myself and i want to live in it. I want to live my life that I have been building and i will definitely miss you all terribly".

" I will fantasize about these shows and any shows that I've done over the last three years, and I'll really, really hold them in the bottom of my heart forever. It has been amazing.

In a Tiktok video that was filmed during the concert, Adele was heard saying that she just needs a rest.
