In a viral clip, On Monday, September 9, around the Sango area of Ogun State, a pastor allegedly received a very resounding slap while evangelizing outside Portable’s bar.
In the viral video, the Nigerian singer, songwriter and rapper, Habeeb Okikiola Badmus who is popularly know as Portable was speaking on Instagram Live when he noticed the pastor preaching in front of his establishment.
He stated that, he performs his own traditional rituals daily and that and that he did not want anyone praying for him.
He then instructed his staff members to go ask the pastor to leave immediately stating that, the pastor often, disturbs his customers.
Much later, the situation went out of hand and portable allegedly took laws to his hands with the full aim of discouraging pastors and others against preaching outside his establishment in future time.
while addressing the preacher, portable seemed visibly upset, claiming that the preacher’s inconveniencing presence was bad for business, disrupts the exciting atmosphere and chases his customers away.
In the viral video, the artist was heard speaking in foul language while addressing the preacher.
“Where do you come from? Are you mad? Come, I can secure myself, my god is the one protecting me. You, pass this way, coming here to do nonsense, Leave this place now”.
“I used my hard earned money to make this place, and you want to come here and spoil it for me? On a Monday, untop my business? Ogun kill you, you must be crazy”.
“On Sunday I no see you. Let me tell you, I’ve talked with God, I have prayed, you must be mad, so you think you are the one to help me talk to God? You must be crazy mehn”.
He was on a live session on his Instagram page with fans , when he noticed the preacher and immediately asked his aides to go tell him to leave. But while still on his live session, he later approached the preacher, and started raining curses and using abusive words.
Amidst what looked like a chaotic dialogue, he allegedly, gave the preacher a very hot slap on his face, asking him why he was always coming there and disrupting his peace and his business, and finally instructed his aides to make sure that the preacher leaves his business premises immediately.
“You did not bring business, you did not bring money, you just came here make noise on my head, disturbing my peace. I have prayed already before I left my home.
Here is my home, don’t come here, disgracing my bar. Move forward, it is money we are expecting here”.
