In what seems to be a process of initiation, ex agitator and leader of the Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force, Asari Dokubo, is seen fetching water with a cup from a black bowl and giving it to young men on white shirt to drink.
It's also said that Dokubo is raising his own army called “amama soldiers" and the young men who were seen drinking the water in the video are his new recruits.
This trending video has left many talking and wondering why young men would get involved in such practice, blaming their situation on Poverty.
