The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal brought before it by the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the November 11, 2023 governorship election in Bayelsa State, Chief Timipre Sylva.
The five man panel of justices said the appeal lacked merit and affirmed the election of the state governor, Senator Douye Diri.
