Reality TV star, Queen Mercy Atang has finally shared an update on her life amid rumors of her marriage troubles.

On Instagram, yesterday, October 17th, 2024, she shared her exhausting yet exciting experience on a movie set with Alex Cross.
In her post, she wrote;
“It’s has been a crazy week, my tired is tired. Doing this with the amazing Talent @iam_alexcross #movielocation”.
Speculation had been circulating about a potential rift in her marriage to David Oyekanmi, especially after Queen reportedly removed pictures of herself and her husband from her IG page, yanked her husband's surname ‘Oyekanmi’ from her bio, removed all their wedding photos from her Instagram page and also unfollowed David on the social media site.
This comes few months after the reality star and her husband made the headlines
The rumors fueled talk of a strained relationship, but Queen had remained silent on the issue, refusing to address the situation publicly.
In a recent post on her Instagram page, Queen chose not to directly respond to the rumors but instead focused on her latest venture, which was acting.
She opened up about her current experiences, stating that she has had an overwhelming week that has left her feeling exhausted. Despite her fatigue, Queen expressed excitement about the opportunity to showcase her talents and step into a new phase of her career.
This caption accompanied a photo of her on a movie set, highlighting her involvement in her new project and her transition into acting.
This came amid divorce speculations after the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram with Queen deleting her marriage photos from her page.
A few moments after this was noticed, David Oyekanmi left a comment, “Mines” accompanied by love emojis on a photo she posted recently.
However, the comment vanished a few moments later, leaving netizens inquisitive to know who actually took down the comment.
Queen Mercy Atang, hails from Akwa Ibom State, she has a mother and three(3) siblings she adores. She is a Ex beauty queen, philanthropist, Fashion Icon and also a Tansian University graduate.
She was also in the Big Brother Naija (BBN) season 6, tagged ‘Shine ya eyes’.
Queen is also a mother to a beautiful daughter, she gave birth to Keilah in December 25th, 2022. She’s the baby mama to Promise Kelvin Anagbogu, aka Lord Lamba, a skit maker, and Nigerian comedian.
