Bobrisky Allegedly Rushed To The Hospital Over High Temperature

Fiesty crossdresser Idris Okuneye Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky aka 'Mummy of Lagos' has recently yet again, been trending online over reports of health status emerging online today.

While the Mummy of Lagos was said to have been transferred to the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) Alagbon in Lagos, a recent report disclosed that it is yet to be confirmed whether the Service headquarters would take Bobrisky to court or free him immediately after his health becomes stable. A more recent report revealed that he had been transferred to a hospital for proper care.

Recall that Bobrisky was arrested by the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) at the Seme Border few days ago reportedly trying to flee . The NIS had previously described Bobrisky as a person of interest due to recent public concerns.

In a statement released on Monday evening, spokesperson Kenneth Udo confirmed that Bobrisky was intercepted at the Seme border while attempting to exit Nigeria.He is also ensnared in an ongoing investigation by a committee of the House of Representatives, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigerian Correctional Service over allegations concerning bribery.

However, previous reports claimed Bobrisky had been transferred to the FCID Alagbon in Lagos. Mayegun Aminat, spokesperson for the FCID in Lagos, confirmed the detention, adding that the FCID Alagbon will get a remand to keep him in custody. Bobrisky was transferred to the FCID for safekeeping following his arrest by officials from the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) at the Seme border as he attempted to leave the country.

He reportedly arrived at the FCID on Monday night around the hours of 10pm, after being detained overnight following his arrest on Sunday.

The report revealed the reason for Bobrisky's transfer as a matter of due processing. This act has single handedly stirred different reactions online and raised concerns from social media users and netizens all around.

A source within the Service mentioned that Bobrisky has been taken to an undisclosed hospital for treatment due to rising body temperature. According to the source, the crossdresser developed some symptoms which warranted his being taken to hospital for proper treatment.
