Recently, Bob was arrested for four counts of currency ‘naira’ abuse. She was accused of spraying the naira bank notes at the Ajakaju premiere held at Film One Circle Mall. Aside this.

Bob made an appearance at the Federal High Court in Lagos and after the judgement, Bob pleaded guilty as charged.

“I have confidence in the court and justice will be done”. Bob was later sentenced to 6 months in prison for her said crime.

Bob who was recently released and regained freedom from the police custody, called out a long list of celebrities who supported her during her trying times. she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the various celebrities, likes of Moyo Lawal, Tonto Dikeh, Funke Akindele, the footballer Victor Osimhen, don Jazzy, Niniola, Tiwa Savage and many others.

The post she made about the help she got earlier, steered up uproars online, clipping the attention of some Nigerian Netizens, and one which struct out was VDM, who took to the streets of Instagram to share his thought on the matter.

In his response, the activist revealed that he has lost all respect for every person who donated money to Bob, claiming that they were all encouraging crime in the country.

According to his words, he stated that the money donated to Bob should have been donated to impoverished communities in Nigeria.

“I come online and the first thing I dey see na people wey come together donate money to Bob, what are you people trying to prove? Are you people trying to encourage gayism/crime? What is the positive impact of giving Bobrisky that money?”.

“You people contributed almost N100 million go give who dey dress like woman dey parade up and down for Nigeria, for what? There are children in schools in different communities that can’t afford fees or buy books.

“Make una prepare oh, the things wey una dey aid for this country, go come back come bite una. Watch out for more”.
