Christian Filmmaker Mike Bamiloye Shares Wedding Story

Renowned Christian filmmaker, Mike Bamiloye, has shared a heartwarming testimony about his humble beginnings in marriage.

He recounted how he started with virtually nothing, but through the kindness of loved ones, he and his wife, Gloria, were able to establish their life together.

In a heartfelt tribute, Bamiloye praised Gloria for her unwavering support and resilience during those challenging times. He revealed how their wedding was made possible through the generosity of friends and family.

He explained that his best man paid for his wedding clothes, his sister-in-law bought his shoes and socks, his sister paid for the house he and his wife lived in after wedding, his wife's wedding gown was also paid for by someone else.

He said that they did not even have money for a court wedding so skipped that part until recently.

They also didn’t have their honeymoon because they had no money.

He added that they could not afford the trip for their first ministration and had to stand on the road, waiting for a lift. “ The Christian actor took to his Instagram to upload a picture of him and his wife with the caption ;

“ Me whose wedding was helped by God”.

 “When I got married, I didn’t have money to take my wife to honeymoon. We stayed in the house that we just rented with no money for honeymoon”.

“Gloria and I went around looking for where to rent wedding gown and we saw one and we told them we would come back with the money, before a sister in our ministry gave us the money to go and deposit to sew wedding dress”.

“Me that I took my wife to registry to ask about court marriage and they and they told us the money to pay for the event, it was a very small amount of money , it was around 170 naira (one hundred and seventy naira). But we could not get the money, so we just collected the forms and never returned with it, because I could not get the money required”.

“All the money we got on our wedding day was used to settle debts of the printer who printed out wedding programs and other things”.

He concluded his story by thanking God that he did not marry a wife who would put him under undue pressure.
