Tragedy struck the family of former Kaduna Governor Ahmed Makarfi on Saturday when his son, Faisal, a civil engineer, died in a car accident on the Kaduna-Zaria highway. Faisal was pronounced dead at the hospital.
PDP Board of Trustees Chairman Adolphus Wabara described the loss as "profound," offering heartfelt condolences to the grieving family. Faisal will be laid to rest on Sunday morning, following Islamic rites.
