Some social media users have expressed disappointment over the plan of the Bayelsa State government to build a N45billion naira Secretariat in Yenagoa, the state capital.
In the 136th executive council meeting of the current administration, the proposed N45billion Secretariat was presented by the architectural designer.
Reacting to the situation, some have said that a Secretariat building shouldn't cost as much as the proposed amount, while some believe building a secretariat with such amount of money is a waste of resources as such money can be used for other things.
