There seem to be a little confusion in the Nigerian political scene and within the Peoples Democratic Party, as the Edo State governorship election draws nearer.
The Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, who is currently a member of the PDP, may have pitched tent with the APC in the forthcoming election in Edo State, as the governor of Rivers State, Sim Fubara, throws weight behind the PDP. The rumor has also gained weight following pictures of both Fubara and Wike with the leadership of both parties in the state.
Is Minister Wike decision not to support the PDP in Edo State because of the feud between him and Governor Godwin Obaseki?
