The married duo of the Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, season 9 edition, Kassia has lamented on how pretending to be ‘besties’ with her husband and partner on the reality show, Kellyrae is having effects on her.
Although married, Kassia and Kellyrae, known in the ‘No Loose Guard’ house as DoubleKay, had come up with the plan and strategy of pretending to be best friends in the show.
While speaking with Big Brother during the diary session on Wednesday, Kassia complained that she is beginning to find difficulties in going on with the charade, adding that she cannot cope with the pretense.
According to Kassia, there are times she just wants to jump on her husband, Kellyrae and have some beautiful moments with him, stressing that doing so would jeopardize their game plan.
She said: “This whole bestie thing that we are doing is really getting to me, sometimes I just wanna jump on him (Kellyrae) but I can’t because of this whole bestie thing.”
Kassia further lamented that while performing most of the tasks, she holds back some of her expressions as she does not want the other housemates to know they are married.
she said: “Most of the tasks that we are asked to do, like the Aquafina Padi of Life task we did yesterday, I couldn’t really express myself because I didn’t want the house to know that we were married. It hasn’t been easy, Big Brother.”
Kellyrae on the other hands has disclosed to Big Brother that he intends to create an impression that he likes Anita and Handi to remove the focus of the housemates from thinking about him and Kassia being in a romantic relationship.
